By accessing or using actonfallschurch.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our school, request a visit, apply for enrollment, or contact us. You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site (admin, API endpoints, parent portal).
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the site, except for legitimate search engine indexing.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or other users' access.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others.

3. Form submissions and applications

You agree that information you submit through our forms is accurate and complete. Submitting a tour request or application does not guarantee admission. We review each application individually and admissions decisions are at the sole discretion of Acton Academy Falls Church.

The $100 application fee is non-refundable, regardless of admissions outcome.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photos, videos, logos, design — is owned by Acton Academy Falls Church or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link with a friend).

"Acton Academy" and the Acton Academy logos are trademarks of the Acton Academy network, used under license.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uninterrupted access, accuracy of all content at all times, or that the site will be free of errors or viruses. Tuition, calendar dates, program details, and policies may change — current enrolled families will be notified of material changes through official school communications.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Acton Academy Falls Church is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Third-party links

We link to external sites (the Acton Academy network, news articles, Google Calendar, our social media). We're not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
